Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is operated by Sahil Arora HUF, registered address H.No. 352, Ward No. 1, Gandhi Nagar Dhani, Narwana, District Jind, Haryana - 126116, India, and covers all paid plans purchased on The Almanac (almanac.tradenest.in).

No refunds, no cancellations

The Almanac is a digital subscription service — access to our question bank, chapter notes, cram sheets, and mock exams is granted to your account as soon as a purchase is approved. Because of this, all payments are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any plan, for any reason — including if you change your mind, stop using the platform, or don't use the full duration of a plan you purchased.

This applies to every plan we sell: full-access plans, per-subject plans, weekly passes, combo/lifetime passes, and any add-on.

Before you pay

Plan prices, durations, and what each plan includes are shown to you before you pay — please review them carefully. If you're unsure whether a plan is right for you, you can explore the free tier and the public repository first, or ask a question through the chat widget on the site before purchasing.

Payment verification

Purchases are approved manually after we verify your payment screenshot — this usually takes a few hours. If a payment was never received by us (for example, the transfer failed on your end), no access is granted and no charge exists on our side to refund — please retry the payment or contact us if you believe there's an error.
